Will be working with the Finance team, Human Resources team and staff in day to day tasks and running of the day-to-day office tasks. Responsible for health and safety duties, office services arrangements, coordination of meetings and visitors, contract and building maintenance, organizing accommodation and travel arrangements for staff, organizing catering and company events.

-Responsible for records, forms and filing system management
-Responsible for purchasing and procurement of supplies, equipment, furnishings, stationery, etc
-Accountable for mail, co-ordination of meetings and visitors, catering and company events, day-to-day running of office, contact with building maintenance, accommodation and travel arrangements for staff
-Accountable for Health and Safety duties, managing cleaning and other office services , ensuring environment is clean and access points secured
-Responsible for EA duties for upper management
-2+ years previous experience as office manager or EA
-Looking for someone who is sociable, flexible and a jack of all trades
-Customer service, interpersonal skills, telephone skills and a strong attention to detail
-Prioritize tasks and completely efficiently and effectively
-Must be assertive and show initiative
-Background working in Microsoft programs, Outlook and Gmail
