Office Assistant in US

Job Description


The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management members;
  • High volume travel managements both domestic and international;
  • Calendar management, expense processing and reporting;
  • Answering phones and taking accurate, precise message when necessary;
  • FM event organising including venue reservation, suppliers contracting, HQ management logistics etc.
  • Assist with logistics arrangement for non-local departments’ staffs and HQ management visits.
  • Take care of office administration work assigned by office manager and back up other Admin colleagues when needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc requests from management



Required Skills


  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure, multi-tasker
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
  • Result oriented and a solid team player
  • Experience in event planning for large scale companies





  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in financial services a plus
