We’re looking for a highly skilled marketing manager to join us to promote our products in a modern and innovative way. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of highly effective brand presentation.

You will have a strong focus on getting the message across by whatever methods, especially through social media including digital and traditional press channels, marketing partnerships and other methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across International markets to increase brand awareness and inbound enquiries from target markets
  • Support in the management of the firm's digital presence, including the website and social media channels; proprietary webinars; external conference and media sites
  • Proactively implement the firm's marketing and communication strategies
  • Create a marketing buzz around CEPRES that help to improve brand awareness and attract more customers
  • Implement initiatives to engage our core market and market influencers via social media platforms and other marketing channels
  • Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external marketing partners to ensure the company is well represented with maximum exposure, which includes trade bodies, conference organizers, press, etc.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, copy style and tone of voice informed by user research, market insight and product knowledge
  • Create smart outreach campaigns including newsletters market briefings and other interesting ways to get attention
  • Manage and enhance a KPI driven reporting framework and contribute to marketing OKRs, which aims to show a clear and increasing ROI for the company
  • Own the marketing budget, track ROI and make astute and well-justified investment recommendations
  • Project manage any third party driven marketing activities, e.g. events and conferences
  • Develop a modern ‘press’ communication plan to fully engage market influencers including traditional and new media platforms to continuously increase our brand position and market awareness of our products and solutions
  • Ensure all digital content is compiled according to the regulatory and legislative regime and ensure risks are identified, reported and managed accordingly

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 5+ (or relevant) years of hands-on experience in marketing (in B2B Financial Services, FinTech, software or data solutions)
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. Degree in Marketing or Communications (or relevant equivalent experience)
  • Strong background within Digital Marketing is essential
  • Demonstrable experience in utilizing the digital channels in order to enhance marketing and meet company objectives
  • Experienced in working for a global firm in the financial space and well understanding of the importance of a unified global brand and message.
  • Extensive relevant experience in content creation for marketing such as writing newsletters, press releases, etc.
  • Relevant skills with appropriate CMS, marketing software and tools
  • Excellent creative skills to produce and/or manage production of top quality, modern marketing materials
  • Full proficiency in professional English and ability to write/edit marketing focused content
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, and ability to build strong rapport
