Job Description:

Manage and write new business proposals

Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.

Train, guide and review work for junior team members

Develop and uphold content used in new business and current client requests

Identify positive financial outcomes to increase profitability

Track outcomes of new business opportunities to determine sales trends

Contribute to developing/improving proposal resources

Take part in Institutional Client Business initiatives

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in related field

5-7+ years of relevant experience; preferably including new business proposal (RFP) writing and reviewing for institutional asset management, editing, collaborative writing, institutional marketing or project management

Understanding of institutional investment marketplace and interest in financial markets
