Primary Responsibilities:
1. Processing duties include the following tasks:
a. Review new applications and disclose within the required timeframe.
b. Review loan applications and obtain all required documents.
c. Order any necessary third-party reports such as appraisals.
d. Maintains pipeline of loans and is responsible for the timely and compliant flow of such loans through the process and updating required supporting documentation.
e. Submits complete loan file to Underwriting.
f. Communicates with loan officers and borrowers efficiently and effectively to obtain all items needed from borrower for approval and closing of loan.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency with Encompass
2. 2 – 3 years of experience
3. Bilingual Chinese/English a plus but not mandatory
