Legal Analyst
The legal analyst role is a hybrid and unique opportunity to combine technical and project management skills to provide administrative and operational support across the legal team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Legal accruals management
    • Executing accruals procedures to ensure the accurate and comprehensive review of information; working closely with internal and external teams to improve accuracy with estimates for legal fees
    • Document identified processing statuses for review and monitor actual spend information
  • Legal e-Billing support
    • Working closely with e-Billing support teams to assist with general inquiries and resolve open issues
    • Work closely with relevant parties on third party risk management for on-boarding of all new vendors and complete initial questionnaire due diligence as required by vendor management system
  • Administrative / project management support
    • Providing technical MS Office support for internal projects and ad hoc assignments, including high level proofreading and editing
    • Assisting the legal team in all aspects of day-to-day administrative matters ( e.g. , processing T&E reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating internal and external meetings)


Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook….)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of law firm or in-house legal and operations management support experience
