BNY Mellon Investment Management is seeking a Lead Analyst, Strategic Initiatives. (CAO) Responsibilities include:
  • Under the direction of Managers for the business or function supported, undertakes projects of significant impact within the business or function.
  • Reviews and tracks project implementation status and provides feedback to Project Leads, Planning Consultants or Senior Managers.
  • Provides support on moderately complex initiatives related to business planning, process improvement and management reporting.
  • Conducts research and data analysis to assist with strategic management initiatives.
  • Develops presentations and written communications for executive management.
  • Works with the business or management team to plan inter-department meetings and events.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred.
  • Experience in the securities industry is a plus.
