Lead Analyst, Admin & Planning



Under thedirection of business Chief Administrative Officer ("CAO") for Global Client Management and CreditServices, the Specialist, Sr. Specialist or Principal, Admin & Planning,undertakes projects of significant impact within the business.

Candidatewill execute and be accountable for moderately complex projects /responsibilities and will support other team members on the execution of highlycomplex projects / responsibilities. Responsibilities and projects are typically related to internalcontrols, risk management, monitoring, budget, business plans, and creation andimplementation of policies, standards, and/or processes.

Candidatewill plan, execute, monitor and report on projects that are recurring and/orone time projects. All responsibilitiesrequire a high degree of collaboration with senior client facing staff, senior businessmanagers and corporate partners in legal, compliance, audit, operations andfinance.

Makesrecommendations to improve processes and create efficiencies. Conductsadvanced research and data analysis to assist with strategic managementinitiatives. Works with the business management team to implement, communicateand enforce policies, standards, and processes within the business.Contributes to the achievement of the business' strategic and risk management objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required 4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred; experience in the securities industry is a plus.
