Robert Half Financial Services are hiring for an Investment Trade Operations role within a global asset management firm located in midtown Manhattan New York. Our client requires 2 to 5+ years Trade Support or Trade Settlement experience within an asset manager or investment bank, with knowledge of Fixed Income, Securities, Derivatives, FX. The role would cover the full trade lifecycle across confirmation, settlement, trade breaks, cash reconciliation, payments and corporate actions. The role is hybrid remote requiring 3 days per week in the midtown Manhattan New York office.
Responsibilities
- Cover the full trade lifecycle across confirmation, settlement, trade breaks, cash reconciliation, payments and corporate actions.
- Utilize trade management systems such as DTC, Murex, Aladdin and process SWIFT payments.
- Interact with traders, custodians and brokers.
- Testing/UAT with various systems, Project work and trade break root cause analysis.
- Point of contact for Product Control, Internal/External Audit, Compliance.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years Trade Support or Trade Settlement experience within an asset manager or investment bank
- Knowledge of Fixed Income, Securities, Derivatives, FX.
- Comfortable with Excel and exposure to DTC, Murex, Aladdin, SWIFT.
- Bachelors in Finance related subject desirable.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
This Trade Operations role is hybrid remote requiring 3 days per week in the midtown Manhattan New York office, so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States.
