We are looking for an Investment Banking Sales Strategy & Operations Associate for a leading Investment Banking and M&A advisory firm. - Years of experience: 2-7 years.
- Experience working in an investment bank or M&A firm is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales engineering, customer success, client facing roles or equivalent experience is a must
- Location: Miami, Dallas, NYC or Los Angeles (initially, remote is ok)
- Must be fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is preferable

Must be able to support a team of investment bankers in multiple ways, including:
- Identify pre-sales and post sales needs (from both clients and bankers)
- Work cross functionally to find solutions to those needs, including recommending and implementing new processes and tech tools
- Support bankers with strategic accounts, including presentation development for new and existent clients
- You will need to be comfortable with ambiguity, with a fast paced work environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
