We Offer
The position will collaborate with the Group Heads and the COO on a wide range of matters including strategy, business resource management, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, human capital and management of administrative activities.
  • Directly support the Group Heads and COO with industry and financial analysis and leverage financial reporting and market analysis to help drive business strategy
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support client business and planning efforts across the Americas and Europe and coordinate with group management on business reviews and strategic-planning presentations
  • Prepare business reviews and strategic-planning presentation and conduct and draft quantitative and qualitative business analysis and commentary
  • Assist with critical initiatives by working closely with CM&A Business Strategy Team
  • Assist with financial reporting by working closely with the M&A Financial Officer in New York as well as the analytics team in Raleigh
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to manipulate large datasets and provide impactful analysis to senior management and manage M&A groups credentials and marketing materials
  • Implement and continuously drive business strategy and initiatives with business leadership and key partners throughout the CM&A division and across the business
  • Support in delivering the client coverage strategy and revenue targets and on conflicts, risk and controls, compliance and regulatory initiatives
  • Help facilitate the human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management in collaboration with Management and HR
  • Optimally build positive relationships across the team, from senior management to junior staff, in order to influence results and deliver tangible value

You Offer

We are looking for an applicant with equivalent experience of at least 2 yrs. preferably at a top investment bank or consulting firm, or experience in a corporate strategy function. With proven experience and detailed understanding of the investment banking industry
  • Business analysis experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving
  • Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with senior management
  • Interpersonal skills with capability to work optimally independently as well as in a team
  • Hardworking, dedicated and result oriented with the ability to learn in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of data analytics
