Investment Banking Associate - Elite Boutique

A rare opportunity to join an Elite Boutique Investment Bank. My client is currently seeking an Associate to join their growing team in New York. If you're a junior level Investment Banker with M&A transactional experience and would be open to exploring an exciting opportunity, our team would like to speak with you as soon as possible!

The Role:

• The candidate will be responsible for participating in all aspects of an M&A transaction
• Work alongside other junior members of the team
• The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring client financial/operational condition, industry events, and economic news

The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior Investment Banking (M&A) experience
• The ideal candidate will have highly effective communication/collaboration skills and is confident in their ability to thrive in a fast-paced / entrepreneurial environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
