Our client is a leading financial institution and considered to be one of the Leading Bulge Bracket Banks on the street. They are currently looking to add Associate level investment banking professional to their Debt Capital Markets team in their New York, NY office.

Title: Investment Banking Associate - Debt Capital Markets

Location: New York, NY

Our client is a leading financial institution and considered to be one of the Leading Bulge Bracket Banks on the street. They are currently looking to add Associate level investment banking professional to their Debt Capital Markets team in their New York, NY office. This position will offer exposure to a variety of different verticals and give you the ability to hone your skills in DCM executions. Sector exposure is including but not limited to FIG, Specialty Finance, Financial Technology, and others!


If you are an Investment Banking professional at the Associate level this is a once in a lifetime chance for you to join one of the top DCM teams on the street!

The role will involve the following:

  • Preparing and delivering presentation materials

  • Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses

  • Attending client meetings

  • Supervising other Analyst level banking professionals

  • Playing key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in DCM execution

  • Working on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and building DCM product expertise

Requirements:

  • Ideally will be working at another leading investment bank

  • Public and Private deal experience preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics from a target school preferred

  • FIG Investment Banking Experience is ideal

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint

  • Team player and a self-starter

  • Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines
