The Content Strategy Associate shapes the way we communicate with clients through articles, thought leadership pieces, social media, newsletters, and other media.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has an interest in the financial services industry. This person will work closely with product experts to develop thought leadership content accessible to our clients and the general public. We are seeking a proactive individual that can generate ideas for original content while sourcing ideas from across the TxB organization.

The Content Strategy Associate will also be responsible for contributing to various TxB strategy projects.

  • Interview subject matter experts to create new and compelling content across various types of media
  • Translate unstructured ideas into thought leadership content
  • Execute on a content calendar and identify new and timely content ideas
  • Partner with marketers to develop a strategy to maximize the impact of TxB's thought leadership initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, including content approval process

The Team
The TxB Product & Sales Strategy team sets the strategic direction of Transaction Banking's business. Key areas of focus include sales strategy, partnerships, international expansion, and new product development.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business and/or technology strategy, or related field
  • Strong technical and business research skills
  • Ability to execute thoughtful interviews with subject matter experts across a wide range of disciplines
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Creative, collaborative thinker and natural storyteller with a passion for communicating and making complex topics simple
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and champion the use of content
  • Results-oriented - ability to multi-task and prioritize based on deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to act on detailed feedback
  • Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in writing digital content and editing
  • Experience in communications, PR, business news media, content marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or interest in and knowledge of payments and enterprise technology or banking
  • Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
  • Proven success in navigating corporate environments or startups
  • Strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and cross-functional partners
