We Offer
UHNW comprises four distinct areas: UHNW Lending ("Lending"), UHNW and Corporate Deposits ("Deposits"), UHNW Custody and Execution Group ("CEG") and UHNW Middle Office ("MO"). Collectively these groups are responsible for building new and managing existing relationships with UHNW individuals and their related entities through the offering of lending, deposit and limited brokerage opportunities, as well as, the offering of deposit product opportunities to Investment Banking and Capital Markets ("IBCM") corporate clients. UHNW typically works closely with the UHNW Coverage Bankers and Industry Bankers (collectively, "Coverage") in this endeavour; however, it is not required.

Role Overview:

UHNW Middle Office is a private side unit responsible for partnering with Coverage, Lending, Deposits, CEG, Legal, Compliance and other business partners to ensure clients receive an exemplary level of service while maintaining an appropriate control framework. The scope of activities includes (but is not limited to):

  • Manage the client onboarding process to ensure clients are on-boarded in an efficient manner
  • Maintain the Lending and Deposit pipeline
  • Create and maintain the official credit/client files and supporting documentation
  • Prepare and distribute a variety of business metrics and reporting to management and other internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and post revenue attribution to Coverage Bankers
  • Special projects and ad hoc requests
