An opportunity to join the Credit Suisse DCMS team, part of the Investment Banking Capital Markets Division, as a full-time Analyst.

Products and advisory services range from plain vanilla bond deals, to complex structured financing and hedging solutions in both cash and synthetic markets; as well as liability management advisory services. The DCMS team bridges investment banking functions with sales and trading and is ideal for anyone wanting a career combining both sides of the business.
Analysts in DCMS are exposed to the underlying framework of the debt capital markets. They have the opportunity to work on all levels of bringing a transaction to market, beginning with economic and industry/company analysis during the pitching stages and ending with the pricing/execution of multi-million/billion dollar bond offerings.
A degree from a four-year college or university, preferably with relevant coursework in finance or accounting and a minimum of two years of experience in a related field. Credit Suisse is noted for the diversity of its employees, but seeks candidates with a common set of abilities - highly motivated and creative individuals who have demonstrated academic achievement and have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
The ideal candidate:
• Has 6-months to 2 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets or a related field
• Enjoys the ins-and-outs of the market, but also likes to work in an Investment Banking and Capital Markets culture. Possesses excellent quantitative, technical and analytical skills
• Has at a minimum, intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Access
• Is detail-oriented
• Has strong communication skills - is able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients (both in writing and orally).
