Position:

Note. This is a contract opportunity for 6-9 months. Banking, Financial services or Trading floor experience is a must.

  • Global Reports: 50 to 60  (~35 US: ~15 UK/Hong Kong)
  • Primary Objective: Manage team and support RTB activities
  • Secondary Objective: identify areas of improvement and implement if possible
  • Looking for someone to start in January

Org Remit :

Tech Support Help Line

  • Level 0 support: mainly EU user support: monitors, Microsoft suite, phones, etc
  • 3 tiers of Support:
    • White glove support for portfolio managers/traders
    • Executive Support
    • Rest of firm
  • Trade app support passed on to another support team

Client Deployment:

  • Move/Add/Changes: desks/offices/AV room

AV/Conferencing Support

  • White glove call support (aka: concierge service)
  • Conference operators

Voice Support:

  • Avaya System
  • Moves/Add/Changes oversight
  • Moving to Cisco platform Q1/Q2 ’20; not responsible for transition/integration; manages at end of migration
