The Chief Transformation Office is to define and enable this bank's long-term Transformation Roadmap, monitor the delivery of critical initiatives against milestones, challenge and support our businesses and infrastructure functions in executing against their priorities and escalate any issues to the Management Board where necessary. Leading and managing regulation projects or workstreams within a larger program with a focus on ensuring that the relevant and appropriate analyses are performed, shaped in appropriate management information, and presented to the relevant governing bodies and committees
Oversee and manage the delivery of complex regulatory remediation programs including regulatory findings and/or enforcement actions
Responsible for in-quality delivery within the agreed budget, resources and time frame, issue resolution and risk management
Close collaboration with the wider program group to ensure alignment with program principles and objectives
Responsibility and management of (cross-) divisional peer reviews and drive development of internal best practices
Ensuring the documentation and tracking of program/project relevant dependencies, risks, issues, actions for mitigations and other related artifacts
Skills and Experience:
Extensive working experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of key processes and systems
Experienced in leading complex regulatory remediation and transformation programs
Extensive working experience in managing large scale (cross-divisional/multiple geographies) projects/programs across the full project/program lifecycle along with previous experience in organizational analysis and design
Significant experience in risk management, effectively identifying and assessing risks within a project/program along with developing and implementing sustainable mitigating actions
Actively support the development of team members in identifying strengths and weaknesses, in providing suggestions for improvements and in maintaining a constructive and open feedback culture. Support knowledge sharing within the team in conducting coaching and training and thus drive for high performance
