Our client is an alternative investment platform for the independent wealth management space that provides a platform linking RIAs / family offices and their client with a wide range of alternative products across Private Equity, Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, Digital assets, and more. Following significant external investment, the organisation is initiating a drive to onboard new funds and investors.
The current team is anticipated to double by end of 2022 to support the anticipated growth in new funds listed on the platform and new investors signed up. The organisation is well capitalized for growth and this is an ideal inflection point to join a platform with a unique proposition and a market where there is significant investor demand. The client service group will work closely with other teams including sales, legal, finance, product, technology, and operations so they need someone who is collaborative, high energy, and a self-starter with experience of managing large client services teams with very high client volumes.
You will be an experienced client service / IR professional ideally with experience in private market investments funds and/ or RIA,/Retail/UHNW/family office/wealth distribution channels
