Global Trade & Loan Products offers financing and risk mitigationproducts to our global clients. Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is one of thefastest growing products CFO's, Treasurers and CPO's leverage to unlock workingcapital to grow their business organically or through M&A. This creates afast paced environment with evolving market dynamics given the range ofcompetitors includes traditional banks and FinTechs.

In this role you will interact with C-Suite Executivesof global corporations, manage global SCF Programs, advise on working capitalobjectives while navigating a global organization. Our global clients areincreasingly focusing their attention on the effectiveness of Trade providersto deliver and execute solutions as a key component in their decision-making toaward business. Enhancing the Client Experience requires a continual review ofend-to-end process improvement, tools, and organizational structure todetermine what we need to do to make it easier to win, onboard and serveclients. A core component of the Supply Chain Finance offering, from dealorigination through day-to-day program management is the appointment ofdedicated Program Managers.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
  • Adviseon Client's working capital strategy
  • Driverevenue generation via SCF program ramp and supplier enrollment in-line withClient strategy
  • Leadsuccessful Client external engagements such as Supplier Days which includes presentingto large audiences
  • PresentSupply Chain Finance to C-Suite Executives and Procurement Teams broadly
  • Establishand maintain program-specific road maps and lead annual review engagements asneeded
  • Managerelationships and serve as primary point of contact internally and externallyto handle day-to-day communication with clients
  • Facilitaterequests and inquiries across workflows including partners across the JPMfranchise (Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Productand others)
  • Coordinatewith counterparts in other regions
  • Overseecredit facility requirements including facility utilization in activepartnership with Syndication
  • Utilizeinternal databases and follow a high degree of integrity for reporting needsand analytics
  • Provideupdates internally and externally with opportunities to provide strategic supportfor management MIS needs
  • Followestablished processes/procedures
  • Identifychallenges and escalate accordingly within the Risk and Control framework

  • Bachelor's Degree, minimum 7 years relevant Trade Finance and product work experience if positioned at senior VP level, 10 years at Executive Director level
  • Sales/Credit experience, with demonstrated ability to drive solutions with clients
  • Demonstrated task/project ownership to successful completion; team leadership experience ideal
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Exceptional organization, multitasking and time management skills
  • Knowledge of internal systems preferred
