Global Spread Products is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Reporting through the COO line, this role will focus on setting technology priorities and seeing them through to completion. This team sits at the intersection of sales, trading, structuring, capital markets origination and technology and is responsible for implementing process improvements and realizing senior management's goals. Our team oversees a wide array of front office systems including pricing and risk, trade capture, inventory management, origination, securitization, sales dashboards, management reporting, electronic trading and database management.

Global Spread Products is the primary source of capital for corporations, governments, and non-profits, providing liquidity and innovative solutions globally across the credit, municipal, and securitized markets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Translate long-term management vision into a scalable technology strategy with multiple project streams and achievable milestones. 
  • Assess current technology offerings across product areas, find synergies and best in class features that can be applied consistently
  • Manage and prioritize the work of a team
  • Present senior management with proposed strategies and updates; provide management with reporting across business lines, systems etc.
  • Re-engineer and automate business workflows
  • Suggest and implement new utilization of data to provide better insights
  • Partner with front office management; prototype tools and enhancements that would help them become more efficient


Qualifications

  • Candidate is required to have a BA/BS
  • 10+ years' experience in project management, technology or business consulting. Front office experience preferred
  • Experience implementing large-scale change in a global organization
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, Qlikview, Cognos or other BI/data visualization tools is preferred
  • Strong data querying, MS Excel and quantitative skills required
  • Articulate, polished presenter with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in financial markets
  • Experience with Credit Trading (flow or structured), Securitized Markets, or other Fixed Income products required
