Global Markets, Cash Equities - Salesperson, San Francisco

We Offer
The Research Sales role is responsible for providing investment advice to our Institutional clients on Cash equities. The team covers, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies and Banks as well as other financial intermediaries. Our sales team works in partnership with traders and research analysts to promote customized and standardized equities research product including our HOLT offering. While training on the job is an essential part of the daily business, the you will already have a proven record in an Equity Sales role.

We Offer:
  • Act as an integral part of the San Francisco-based sales team supporting the existing client base and developing further business opportunities
  • Distribute Europe research across our institutional client base
  • Effectively establish new clients, fostering them into revenue generating relationships
  • Develop knowledge of client styles, needs and requirements to give to strategy
  • Respond to client requests and expertly handle their order flow in the market, as well as dedicatedly marketing ideas and advising on investment opportunities
  • Daily liaison with research and trading to ensure clients are given an informed view of the markets with timely and accurate information/idea flow
  • Allocate resources to maximize client profitability
  • Cross-sell the firm's various products across regions and function to suit our clients' investment needs
  • Collaborate with Equity Capital Markets (ECM) to sell equity transactions
  • Involvement in ensuring a strong corporate access offering into the Western US market. This will include pitching to corporates
