GWIM (HNW) Credit Sales Analyst
Job Description:

Job Description:
The GWIM Credit Product Specialist acts as an extension of the Financial Advisors. The Specialist is responsible for actively developing and supporting strategies to identify and deliver credit opportunities (e.g., LMA, ISBL, PCL, Custom Lending & Margin) to Financial Advisors existing wealth management clients and prospects. These responsibilities are achieved by ensuring wealth management clients are knowledgeable of the Banks full suite of GWIM credit solutions and by supporting the flawless delivery of these solutions through a high-touch advisor/client experience. The primary mission of the Credit Product Specialist is to establish new credit relationships with the financial advisors wealth management clients/ prospects in addition to supporting/ expanding existing GWIM credit relationships with the intent of generating balance and revenue growth with appropriate risk adjusted returns.

The Specialist will work with Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Clients, GWIM Custom Lending Credit Executives, GWIM Credit leadership, Risk Management and other specialist organizations to meet these objectives. An undergraduate degree along with Series 7 and 63 (or 66) are required for the position.

Sales Activities :
  • Data Mine - where is the opportunity?
  • PMAC
  • Liability Opportunity Report / Penetration report / IMC reports
  • Clients that do not have any "on us" liabilities
  • Review collected PFS (during annual review) for additional "off us" opportunities

Schedule Sales Activities:
  • FA Credit Roundtable Discussions
  • Schedule follow up one on ones
  • FADP sessions
  • Divisional Education Sessions

Prepare presentations / reports for ME's that CE can leverage to drive business:
Prepare success stories:
  • Schedule CE to communicate big wins on strategy calls with FAs

Conduct initial analysis for new deals:
  • ORR estimator
  • Initial deal review / deal sheet preparation
  • Initial data screening: stock review / collateral review
  • Enter GUS requests

Manage loan renewal for existing clients and drive expansion opportunities during renewal conversations:
  • Liaison with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to ensure loans are renewed timely
  • Coordinate closing activities with CEs / CSAs
  • Help CEs prepare a more thorough / comprehensive credit package to underwriting to drive greater efficiencies
  • Manage sales and structuring process for smaller loans (i.e., $5MM or less)
