Key objectives are to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, explore opportunities to cross-sell, ensure all KYC records are completed timely and accurately and assist with overall client management responsibilities.
-Be the client's chief advocate across the global TTS organization supporting the highest levels of client satisfaction which will help drive overall TTS revenue retention and growth across a defined client portfolio.
-Take a leadership role in issue resolution which relate to either product or service delivery issues.
-Take a leadership role in managing client related projects such as new product implementations and account related changes.
-Ensure accurate completion of all Know Your Customer records within the client portfolio.
-Support client managers to achieve specific revenue growth targets and wins goals by cross selling TTS products.
-Client portfolio includes both existing and under-penetrated clients within the TTS target market.
-Act as an integral member of the client coverage team within a defined client portfolio which includes Asset Managers, Private Equity Firms and Diversified Financials.
-Take primary responsibility as an account manager to ensure highest levels of client satisfaction in order to promote both business retention and raise the potential to originate new business opportunities.
-Be globally accountable for delivering the TTS suite of products and services to names in the portfolio.
-Work closely with TTS customer service, operations and product to ensure prompt issue resolution.
-Work closely with BSU teams and compliance as well as local coverage organizations to ensure global KYC records for clients in the portfolio are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
-Understand client revenue trends and drivers and assist franchise head in understanding these drivers.
-Be accountable for maintaining existing revenues by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across the client portfolio.
-Ensure the consistent, professional delivery of sales and client management disciplines including account plans, call reporting, lead generation and TTS relationship reviews.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' client-facing experience. Specific experience with Asset Managers and other Non-Bank FIs and their usage of cash management and trade products and services.
• Strong client presentation skills. Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the banking industry. Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration
• The individual should be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, client-focused and have the ability to interact with people across multiple levels of client organizations.
