We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Special Situations team in our NY office.

Financial Analyst (Accounting-Focused), New York


  • Contribute to the composition of strategy-related morning notes and desk analysis
  • Maintain strategy-related databases
  • Generate models relevant to event-driven investment strategies
  • Collaborate with members of the research, sales, and trading teams as requested
  • Engage with institutional clients, internal sales teams and trading desks


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
  • 3+ years of auditing experience at top-ten public accounting firm
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work in a systematic & methodical way, conducive to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills essential to ensure that client communications are created to the highest possible standard
  • Evidence of clear analytical thinking
