A growing and dynamic company are seeking a Senior Sales professional to build out their business. The business is a pre and post-trade FinTech firm that offers solutions across all asset classes. They require a proven sales person to join their team and the key focus of the role will be to generate new business, promoting the benefits and value of the product to new clients, as well as up-selling new services to the existing client base. You will identify & qualify leads and see them through the full sales lifecycle in order to maximize revenue opportunities.

Role

  • Develop and maintain a sales plan and strategy
  • Drive process to achieve personal sales targets and to develop the sales pipeline
  • Build relationships with decision makers and market participants and maintain an on-going dialogue with them to maximise the potential for both new and upgrade sales
  • Understand pricing models and the associated drivers 
  • Increasing market share, ensuring greater client take-on

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the pre and post-trade market
  • Familiarity with post-trade processing and an awareness of the regulatory impacts on this market
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to face senior stakeholders
  • A track record of delivery in a sales role with a vendor / FinTech organization
  • Organise sales meetings and be able to close sales effectively
  • Book of buy-side clients would be beneficial
  • Possess the ability to quickly get up to speed on a new product offering and in turn to educate others on the benefits of the firms offering
  • Comfortable in a sales/client facing role from either a vendor or within a trading or clearing venue
