Corporate and Institutional Solutions (CIS) is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management comprised of Corporate & Digital Solutions, Morgan Stanley @ Work, Virtual Client Solutions, Reinvestment, and Strategic Client Management. The overall goal and vision of CIS is to create a corporate experience and a consistent corporate employee ("participant") experience and to engage them throughout their financial life journey that will ultimately lead to a furthering and deepening of their Morgan Stanley Wealth Management relationships. Our approach will be highly scalable, leveraging an omni-channel strategy with an emphasis on messaging, onboarding, cross-selling, activation and servicing. Our goal will be to drive growth across all client segments, including the Mass-Affluent, with new digital capabilities.
The goal of the Reinvestment business is to create and deliver efficient lead management and opportunities to drive new household growth across Morgan Stanley at Work and E*TRADE retail business channels. The Engagement Strategy and Solutions - Retail lead will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management and delivery of reinvestment initiatives to support the E*TRADE integration and strategy implementation across platforms.
This role requires a person who is results driven and capable of applying a solution-oriented approach to engagement efforts that translate into revenue and new client acquisition growth. Candidates in this role will work closely with Home Office Business Partners and engage closely with the Wealth Management Field, both Financial Advisors and Managers. You will also work on Financial Advisor training initiatives to ensure the successful communication of Wealth Management solutions, from education engagements and Advisor onboarding through to sales strategy and prospect engagement. Candidates in this role should be able to provide actionable recommendations for growth, operational efficiencies and innovation for the Reinvestment business.
This position requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, as you will be responsible for structuring quantitative and qualitative analyses and translating findings into actionable strategies and senior management presentations. As part of this role, you are tasked with identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, implementing operational efficiencies, and facilitating strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and senior executives to ensure alignment on strategic vision across the organization. Key Responsibilities
-Define, plan, manage and deliver strategic initiatives and projects related to Reinvestment, with a focus on growth and efficiency
-Think critically about existing work streams and processes, participate in brainstorming and contribute to solution efforts
-Analyze data to identify opportunities for prospect and corporate client engagement
-Assist in producing quality presentations that provide visual storytelling with supporting details for management at various levels
-Work with cross functional teams to document, manage on a regular cadence and report on company strategy updates Qualifications:
-BS/BA with 4-6 years of experience in financial services, experience working win Wealth Management a plus
-Strong interpersonal collaboration, written/verbal communication and team skills working with cross-functional teams
-Experience working with Financial Advisors and Field Leadership
-Strong project management skills
-Strong analytical and creative skills with advanced ability in data visualization
-Advanced skills in Excel and strong understanding of database/platform management
-Communication/presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint
-Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
-Detail-oriented yet able to focus on big-picture business unit objectives
