The Role:

The Employee Experience team is looking for a people-oriented, passionate, independent & creative thinker who can work with both internal and external stakeholders to create amazing employee experience initiatives. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where things change quickly. You're a leader, self-starter, responsive, with a customer service approach to employee needs.

You should be excited to work in a people-facing role and have the desire to help build an employee experience strategy that will allow us to scale at the rate we are.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Provide administrative and project support to our Employee Experience team in helping to execute our employee experience strategy as we scale
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with people at various organizational levels across all teams to ensure all employees are set up for success
    Produce end-to-end engagement events that inspire and energize employees across multiple sites
  • Organize volunteer events and foster relationships with community organizations
  • Diligently track and report on our initiatives and events effectiveness and work with Employee Experience team to develop innovative solutions where there are gaps
  • Assist in editing content and partnering with others on communications and programs to make sure our values and EVP are included and it's easily digestible
  • Assist Employee Experience team with employee engagement survey data analysis and action planning initiatives
    Order and maintain swag inventory and relationship - be the point of contact for swag with our vendor and our workforce
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance needs from different areas of the business while being an ambassador
  • Assist with Employee Experience projects, initiatives, and responsibilities

  • You are a self-starter who can multitask with excellent time-management skills and a can-do attitude
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Able to think strategically, and socialize and implement ideas from ideation to evaluation
  • Experience planning and facilitating events from start to finish
  • Experience in a people-facing role
  • Passionate about being the Gold Standard of Employee Experience
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
