We’re looking for someone who wants to be involved in multiple facets of marketing for a fast-growing financial technology firm. Our successful candidate will have the drive, intelligence and passion to join our entrepreneurial team and make a difference.

Responsibilities

As the Manager of Digital and Marketing Technology, you’ll have the responsibility to support demand generation and help the sales team accelerate pipeline by leveraging digital marketing tactics and our MarTech stack. The successful candidate will have competency in digital marketing, landing page development, email marketing, analytics, marketing automation/CRM integration, data management, web development, and content creation.


Demand Generation – Build out and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeted to sophisticated financial professionals.


Leverage multiple routes to market – Use multiple channels, such as email marketing, web, SEO/SEM, digital ads, webinars and social media, to execute digital campaigns that achieve our strategic awareness, acquisition and engagement goals.


Marketing technology, automation and analytics – Work with marketing automation tools to create landing pages, forms, and workflows. Manage our contact database and our marketing automation/CRM integration. Lead web development projects with our vendors and agencies.


Digital content marketing – Curate, build and syndicate digital content, including thought leadership, infographics and videos, to enhance awareness, demand generation and opportunity acceleration.


Project management– Manage marketing programs from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting in fintech or financial services.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Must have experience in B2B marketing, preferably to buy-side financial services firms.
• Deep experience with MarTech stacks/digital marketing technology, such as marketing automation platforms, web content management systems, SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and social media management and monitoring tools.
• Strong skills in communication, with an ability to work well cross-functionally.
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment, with the organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
