Corporate Finance is hiring Associates across several sectors. This requires the ability to manage projects and transactions with rigid timelines, prepare detailed memoranda and presentations, perform financial analyses & coordinate and communicate with clients and other advisors and parties.
The Associate Program is an opportunity to expand your skill-set with an established global financial institution that's driving change within the industry. You will attend three weeks of training covering modelling, forecasting, valuation and deal transaction analysis. You will receive an unrivalled introduction to our business and the industry. Our program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to immediately add value and contribute to meeting the needs of our clients. The specific team you'll join will depend on your career ambitions and our business needs. You'll enjoy wide-ranging responsibilities that could encompass valuing companies, researching industry trends, helping to develop marketing materials for equity or debt products, preparing pitch books, executing live deals and attending important client meetings.
