Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.

Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Product Operations encompasses two functionally aligned organizations. The broad organization partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes. The role is to work as a Project Coordinator and Business analyst on the Collateral projects team. This role has a global focus and will entail collaborating with Operations, Business Unit and IT located across Europe, the Americas and Asia. Primary responsibilities will include:

- Drive own project reporting and management
- Work with stakeholders and managers across all business functions to define business processing requirements.
- Assist with test planning, management and execution
- Support functional deployment to users, providing training and post implementation support

The candidate will support the delivery of enhancements across the Collateral infrastructure at all parts of the project lifecycle. It is expected that the candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative and own individual pieces of business analysis, testing and sign-off for functional changes within a larger project. There is room for growth in the role, and a highly motivated individual could quickly expand the role to take on ownership of smaller projects from front to back.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills; with the ability to quickly gain credibility and build effective relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills and an analytical mindset are fundamental to success in this role. Curiosity and a willingness to learn are more important than knowledge of collateral management, financing products and/or derivative products, although the latter will significantly advance the potential candidate's capabilities.

The role will be located in New York and will report into the New York team lead locally and the Clearing projects Program lead globally.
