Job Description:

The Corporate Private Equity Finance and Reporting Analyst will perform analyses and financial reporting, originate and execute strategic Business initiatives, while working closely with and supporting senior management.

 Prepare presentations and memorandums for senior management:
o Collect Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance ("ESG") data across all Blackstone businesses, and prepare analyses and presentations based on this data
o Collect, analyze and summarize macro-economic data from Blackstone's portfolio companies
o Assist with ad hoc requests and special finance projects determined by the needs of Senior Management

 Support broader corporate finance in executing finance transformation initiatives as well as on an ad hoc basis

 Support the Private Equity Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") team:
o Prepare business forecasts, including coordinating the collection, analysis and delivery of the forecast data
o Aid in the preparation of PE strategic plans and budgets
o Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management including both monthly reporting packages and ad hoc materials

 Assist with ad-hoc projects for Private Equity Finance and Corporate Finance as needed

Preferred Skills:

 Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a quantitative discipline (preferred),with strong GPA
 1-3 years of related experience
 Strong analytical and quantitative skills
 Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing deliverables and meeting demanding deadlines
 Keen attention to details
 Self-motivated and a self-starter
 Highly proficient in Excel (dynamic financial modeling) and PowerPoint, Essbase reporting skills a plus
 Highly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
 Ability to "see the bigger picture" and get to the heart of issues rapidly
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
