Our Corporate Finance (“CF”) team is an integrated part of our global Corporate Finance department, with offices in New York, Amsterdam and Singapore. CF offers its clients M&A advisory, capital structuring advisory and equity capital markets services. We focus on sectors where we have decades of experience and have historically committed capital. These sectors include Oil & Gas (midstream and upstream), Energy Commodities, and Shipping. Recently, we also started marketing efforts in Basic Materials and Renewables.

We seek an experienced Analyst or Associate in Corporate Finance in New York, who will work closely with the senior CF team members and assist in financial modelling (valuations, capital structure optimization etc.), market research, industry and company analyses, and preparation of transaction materials related to mergers, acquisitions, divestures, public offers, private placements and other strategic events.  The new Analyst or Associate will participate in the team’s client development efforts and be required to maintain direct working relationships with clients.  The position offers exceptional opportunities for corporate finance and industry training under a mentorship model.

Your working environment:

The team is comprised of five full-time specialists (including you) in New York and over 50 CF bankers in Amsterdam and Singapore. The U.S. team also includes one to two junior bankers from the Amsterdam office who work on a rotating basis across CF offices.
