Corporate - Global Real Estate Finance, Process Transformation & Data Strategy Lead - Vice President
JPMC is seeking a VP position tolead its GlobalReal Estate (GRE) Process Transformation & Data Strategy team, which is anew team that has been established to define and drive GRE's comprehensive dataand process transformation strategy and technology vision.

The GREProcess Transformation & Data Strategy team is part of the GRE Finance& Business Management function. TheGRE F&BM function is comprised of finance and business managementprofessionals across the globe who are responsible for partnering withleadership to achieve GRE's financial, strategic, and control objectives. The team is also responsible for supportingGRE budgeting, forecasting, allocations, financial analytics and reporting,workforce management strategy and location strategy, data and processreengineering strategy, and vendor management.

KeyResponsibilities
  • Leadthe effort to define and reengineer GRE's data strategy and technology visionby partnering with key stakeholders to define the optimal GRE end-to-endbusiness workflow and technology landscape
  • Partner with GRE, CAO, Technology,and business stakeholders to define the vision, roadmap, and digital evolutionof the GRE data transformation strategy. Work across teams to design and delivera seamless, integrated and unified digital experience
  • Designand implement new ideas which improve existing business data architecture,standards, and processes, drive automation, and reduce manual interventions
  • Partnerwith Technology, GRE stakeholders, and the GRE Implementation team to ensurethat new system implementations and uplifts align with overall data strategy
  • Partnerwith Technology and GRE functions to identify and evaluate new systems /platforms
  • Engagewith senior GRE and CAO leadership to set and manage expectations and provideexecutive briefings on data strategy and process transformation initiatives
  • Identify and recommend bestpractices, controls, and enhancements to be included in standards
  • Define, analyze and monitor successcriteria, KPIs, trends and risk/opportunities
  • Create innovative solutions and demonstrateadvanced analytic design skills, taking part in small, medium, and large scaleprojects while operating in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in realestate, finance, and/or data analytics, with a focus on data architecture,process reengineering, and data strategy
  • Experience architecting andcontributing to the execution of strategic infrastructure initiatives whichdemonstrate alignment with the broader business goals of a firm or majorbusiness unit or functional organization
  • Deep understanding of buildingblocks, interactions, dependencies, and systems and tools required to managethe end-to-end lifecycle of a real estate portfolio and real estate assets
  • Advanced knowledge of application,data and infrastructure disciplines, and understanding of fundamental designprinciples behind integrated and scalable applications
  • Ability to translate complextechnical issues in terms of business impact and business benefits
  • Excellent attention to detail andability to document and analyze detailed business requirements, and articulateclearly to technology partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively inteams across various areas of the firm and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to drive consensus, andinfluence relationships at all levels
  • Able to perform under pressure andwithin tight deadlines in a varied, fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and desireto deliver high quality tools to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to act independentlywith excellent decision-making skills, effectively push back where appropriate,and challenge the status quo

  • Proficient in one or moreprogramming languages, such as R, Python, SAS, Hadoop or SQL
  • Master / PhD degree in FinancialEngineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science /engineering field from a top tiered program
