Your Impact :
The Brand Management and Communications team is looking to hire a skilled candidate to report to the VP of Integrated Marketing Communications on the team. You will join a t eam helping to build the next great consumer finance brand. The ideal candidate has experience with 360 campaigns that span across PR, digital, social, ATL and BTL channels. The ideal candidate should also have experience with project management, specifically coordinating with creative, medi a and PR agencies to develop a cohesive and effective brand campaign.

Responsibilities :

  • Translating business and brand objectives into campaign strategies
  • Developing input briefs to agencies for new marketing initiatives
  • Providing recurring analytics reports to determine performance of current and previous campaigns
  • Owning the Marcus brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Develop ing and maintain ing organic social calendar, working closely with content strategist
  • Collaborat ing with internal teams (product, acquisition, insights, legal and compliance) to develop new creative with internal and external creative teams
  • Overseeing PR, Creative, and Media agencies to ensure integrated campaigns are launching on-time and at cost
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • E xperience with external agencies a plus
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Avid consumer of media, especially digital and social
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries
  • Strategic thinker, able to actively contribute to brainstorming and planning
  • Experience in campaign measurement across multiple channels and platforms
  • Ability to work with many cross-functional teams, especially with L egal and C ompliance in a regulated environment
