Enabling organizations to operate differently in support of their business strategy at the enterprise, business unit or functional level. Driving innovative and transformative solutions for global Fortune 500 companies that address their next generational needs. Supporting organization transformation which involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem and leveraging behavioral analytics, actuarial capabilities and research insights to drive the change. Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Performing reserve analyses, including Statements of Actuarial Opinion, pricing, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, economic capital modeling, enterprise risk management, new product development, strategic planning, pricing strategy development, target market assessments, competitive assessments of coverage and rating, development of rating models and factors for new product development and product enhancements, profitability analysis and audit support. Searching and mining large data sets to discover meaningful patterns, trends and relationships to identify success measures and analysis. Conducting detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Property and Casualty (P&C) actuarial methodologies, SAS database and Excel. Using P&C actuarial methodologies and Excel for the design and development of solutions. Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks. Using Excel, SAS, web-based applications, P&C insurance pricing and data integration tools in the performance of project-related responsibilities. #LI-DNI Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field.
- One year of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
- Must have one year of experience with:
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Property and Casualty (P&C) actuarial methodologies, SAS database and Excel;
- Using P&C actuarial methodologies and Excel for the design and development of solutions;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;

- 80% travel required.
