Complaint Intake Analyst

Review, Research and Report customer complaints received by the firm and other related tasks. Complaints need to be analyzed and reported based upon specific FINRA defined categories and codes. Make U4/U5 reporting determinations and prepare DRP language. Communicate and respond to questions and inquires from branch personnel and other Morgan Stanley Departments. Create ad hoc reports using the complaint database as well as running system generated reports on a regular basis. High volume dynamic position that requires detailed work completed in an efficient and timely manner Well developed writing and communication skills necessary and the ability to prioritize and and work independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with relevant industry or branch level experience with Morgan Stanley or other retail broker dealer.
