Corporate & Funding Technology is one four divisions within Morgan Stanley Technology. The group is responsible for providing technology solutions to the firm?s corporate functions, which include: Finance, Risk Management, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Digital Marketing and Human Resources. This group is also responsible for the technology that covers Asia Private Wealth Management.

We are looking to build out the communication function within the division?s COO. This function defines the strategic direction and organizational culture of the organization. The group is looking for someone to take ownership of implementing various aspects of the communication plan.
Key aspects of the role:
-Ownership of the communication channels for the division: This includes taking ownership of the group?s internal digital presence and experimenting with additional communication vehicles.
-Plan, create, develop, edit, publish and manage internal communication content and layout for intranet, including regular updates, articles, emails, event recaps, and others
-Coordination of all employee engagement activities for the division: This involves running our existing activities and coming up with new ideas for additional forums/events that will increase collaboration and engagement across the division.
-Work closely with the division's super department to curate content on a regular basis.
-Contribute to articulating the division?s value statement and strategy.
-Coordinate the various communication campaigns for firmwide events and initiatives.


Degree in Communication / Public Relations / Marketing / English - (alternatively 5-7 year experience in a communication lead function)
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent writing and editorial skills
Outstanding verbal communication skills
Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellence in working across teams and with Top Management
Creative and digital skills
Ability to manage time effectively; flexibility to adapt to demands and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
Understanding of Technology in financial institutions preferred
