The Global Business Services Unit - Chief Operating Office (GBSU/COO) is a key partner for GBIS business lines development and performance. This global team gathers the following support functions: Operations (OPER), Information Technology (ITEC), Regulatory Oversight & Cyber Security (ROCS), Client Lifecycle Intelligence & Care (CLIC) and the Chief Operating Office (COOU).
GBSU's role is to provide the most competitive operating model on the market to GBIS business lines while delivering high-quality level of services and innovative solutions in a risk-controlled environment. Mission
The primary missions of the Chief Operating Office of GBSU consist of optimizing the allocation and the management of resources in support of all GBIS activities as well as driving the execution of our operating model and strategy.
The COOU team ensures teamwork, synergy, pursuit & implementation of strategic transversal programs, and continues the development of a top-class team for GBSU regionally. The COO team centralizes operational risk prevention through ROCS department. ROCS work closely with GBIS's business lines and GBSU teams to develop a single & rigorous best practice, as GBIS strives to become an industry reference in operational risk management.
During your VIE mission you will oversee these responsibilities Support the COOU team and perform related duties as required and assigned Ensure project deliverables are completed timely Communicate project status updates to the Chief of Staff and COO periodically Assist in KPI/KRI production and analysis as well as ad hoc presentations for Management Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the GBSU organization Profile The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in New York is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

Graduate with a Master degree from a Business or Engineering School or University in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Management
You are fluent in English
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Competencies
