Chief Administrative Officer
Manages multiple administration groups and programs in support of a C-Suite executive (e.g. Senior Management Committee) including administrative, operational, and financial initiatives. In addition to administration groups, may manage one or more business functions covering risk, strategy, audit or other related activities. Leads projects on specific far-reaching and strategic initiatives. Advises executives and may have oversight responsibility in place of the senior executive for one or more areas such as policy and policy framework, procedural, governance, strategic change, operational issues budgeting and finance, and leading action to ensure compliance with regulatory/legislative requirements, location and talent strategies. Oversees the administrative, operational, and or financial affairs of the business or function. In addition, may manage one or more business functions covering risk, strategy, audit or other related activities. Represents supported executives to other senior officials both within and outside the organization. Proactively identifies and oversees implementation of strategic process improvement and changes and removes roadblocks. Drives continuous improvement through focus on service excellence, operational, regulatory, risk and control enhancements. Oversees compliance, risk and audit activities across various areas of business or function. Formulates, recommends, and reviews policies and procedures within the business/function and is responsible for the business's policy framework and governance. Leads recruitment efforts and manages and develops teams to maximize their collective contributions. Motivates lower level managers to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth. Leads and provides oversight of core management reporting, dashboards and key risk indicators. Manages multiple administration groups and/or business function groups. Leadership responsibility for the achievement of Administrative objectives with broad scope for oversight over multiple functions and responsibilities often in place of the senior executive. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
15+ years of experience in financial services or related business partner function with related supervisory, management and administration experience preferred
