The SVP Channel Planning Lead for the Retail Bank and Mortgage will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Channel Management team across several core channels:  Direct Mail, Email, ATM, Statements, Sales Support and Branch Merchandise.  This role will provide overall channel strategy and implementation plans.  The candidate will  with key constituents both in production and business segments to define customer experience.

Key Responsibilities The Statement Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
•           Drive channel optimization to achieve financial commitments, maximizing performance through relevant offer management, optimal channel strategies and flawless execution.
•           Build and manage capacity models to manage production resources across our core channels and monitor overall impact
•           Develop tools and MIS to gauge channel effectiveness and provide feedback to campaign teams on performance
•           Support prioritization process for cross channel campaigns
•           Develop routines with marketing, product and segment partners and serve as primary point of contact for channel needs
•           Tell the marketing story by developing presentation materials for senior management to highlight marketing strategy and financial impact 
•           Develop all marketing regulatory presentation materials - this includes communications on complaint trends, audits and CAPs related to marketing promotions and campaigns.  Regulators include the CFPB, OCC, among others
•           Provide reporting to senior management on aggregate production volumes via our channels
•           Serve as primary marketing point of contact for D10X efforts to advise on marketing efforts within the Retail Bank channel 
•           Work with partner teams to review vendor relationships and optimize costs/processes
•           Lead all quarterly operational routines, inclusive of managing self-identified controls
•           Identify and lead cross-marketing initiatives to improve efficiency and time to market
•           Serve as single point of contact of all audits and marketing reviews
•           Maintain, enhance and publish policies/procedures for marketing ease include

Qualifications

•10+ years of experience in consumer financial services industry
• Expert in developing PowerPoint presentations
• Broad knowledge of marketing, project and process management, and the Bank regulatory environment.
• Strategic and project management capabilities coupled with strong analytic and financial acumen
• Strong customer focus with track record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approaches that balance customer benefits and business financials.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals, and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to drive to decision across a wide range of stakeholders and varying business priorities; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers.
