We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Corporate Treasury team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists Treasury department with all functions of daily operations including screening calls, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, maintaining calendars and scheduling internal / external meetings
  • Processes wire transfer forms including obtaining signatures and scanning them to the appropriate departments
  • Manages receiving invoices and monitors invoice approval; works with Accounting for department purchases
  • Maintains bank account files and sends appropriate files to archive
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum three years of related administrative experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Organizational skills are essential
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Quick learner, ability to apply into daily operations
