CRE Portfolio Analyst

SUMMARY: Portfolio Analysts perform a wide range of credit- related support relative to the ongoing management of the commercial real estate portfolio. Portfolio Analysts are responsible for collecting and analyzing documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may
be assigned.

* Collects tickler and other due diligence items.
* Assists in tracking reporting requirements, covenant documentation, post-closing requirements and other items.
* Provides analytical support for the CRE Portfolio Management Team.
* Identifies policy exceptions.
* Learns, understands and administers Credit Policy and Procedures.
* Orders & Reviews Credit Bureau reports.
* Orders and reviews field audits and related 3rd party reports.
* Performs lien & judgment searches.
* Researches market and industry trends.
* Maintains electronic back-up of client's key financial records and documentation.
* Communicates and partners with Lending Officers, Underwriters and Credit Officers

* Bachelors' Degree or equivalent work experience.* At least two years' experience in the financial services or real estate industry is preferred. * Formal Credit Training Preferred. * Loan Servicing or Underwriting experience a plus.* Knowledge in Moody's Risk Origin
