Reporting to the Head of Structured Credit and Service CLO cleints, the relationship manager will be a key driver in Fitch's objective to maintain and strengthen its CLO/leveraged finance data/tools offering to CLO managers and investors, and will be highly influential in helping to guide the delivery of complete, accurate and timely data to clients for Fitch Ratings/Fitch Solutions. The role involves close collaboration with Fitch Ratings and Fitch Operations to gather requirements, and working extensively with fundamental data platform Product Owner and Agile squad to make sure updates are made quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities will include updating CLO market research and data, creating and maintaining presentations and other marketing materials, coordinating the group's electronic marketing efforts, and ensuring that prospect lists are updated and accurate. This individual will liaise with Structured Credit Business/Credit head to ensure we are up to date with feedback to clients.
The successful candidate must possess strong verbal and written communications skills, be extremely organized and detail oriented, and highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. In addition, the high-energy, team player must be able to work well independently and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment. Other requirements include: College degree; 3-5 years' professional work experience; marketing experience in financial services or fixed income arena preferred. Knowledge of CLO collateral quality tests, reporting and monitoring and/or experience with operations in CLO management firms are preferred.
