CIB - International Equity Investor Access – Analyst/Associate
This is a position for a Roadshow Coordinator supporting theInternational Equity Investor Access team on logistics for Non-Dealroadshows. The role is located in New York. This position requiresa person with great attention to detail and accuracy who possesses a proactiveand positive attitude and presents a professional demeanor at all times. It isvery important that this person be articulate and comfortable dealing with clientsin a professional manner both over the phone and via e-mail.
Highlight of Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Coordinate marketing roadshows - Full marketing and execution of Equity international (Asia Pacific, EMEA) non deals.
  • Work with Research, Sales and Banking in marketing and execution of non-deals.
  • Communicate with corporate access team for meeting schedule
  • Coordinate logistics (cars, hotels, flights (commercial and private jet) and trains.
· Work withthe CEO/CFO assistants and/or Investor Relations on roadshow coordination forthe client.
  • Set up internal and external group functions, staff registration
  • Arrange printing & shipping of presentation materials
  • Send daily schedule updates to the client and internal group
  • Assist with phone coverage as needed
Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Corporate Road Shows (Equities preferred, but not required)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MSOffice (and ideally DealAxis)
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Strong client service and professionalism
  • Exhibit tact and good judgment in confidential situations and have proven experience interacting with clients
  • Responsive, reliable, sense of urgency when dealing with high profile clients; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, sound judgment, team player
  • Creative problem solving abilities
  • Strong ability to leverage technology and utilize best practices
  • Ability to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of roadshow
  • College degree required
  • Prior experience on a sales/trading floor/roadshow preferred
