We Offer
  • Report to the RSBC GM US Project Lead and act as a subject matter expert in various Regulations including SEC CAT, Dodd Frank, FED (US) Contractual Stay (protocol based regulations), QFC Record keeping, and various other US regulations
  • Implement business and technology change into GM/IBCM operating model to ensure successful and controlled delivery of regulatory change
  • Create business requirements, review technical specifications, perform UAT, and business readiness documentation
  • Develop robust KRI's and MI reporting for GM/IBCM senior stakeholders
  • Extensively document process and procedures for CtB (change the bank) and BAU (business as usual) implementations
  • Understand and communicate importance of ethics and control surrounding Credit Suisse's regulatory compliance obligations
  • Become intimately familiar with client reference data systems and how client data is represented and handled
  • Help specify new control reports to help keep control over regulatory indicators/classifications, and feed results into the QAR processes, working closely with the IT team/data analytics team as appropriate
  • Provide full assistance to both clients and Sales following standards, including formal and informal training
  • Track, prioritize, and communicate tasks/initiatives with management and staff, and communicate any new obligations to Sales or other departments as required

You Offer
  • You have more than 6 years of experience as a business analyst in Financial Services or other closely related area
  • Ideally, if you have some regulatory knowledge, preferably related to tax or client related regulations
  • You are proficient in financial/strategic analysis and able to conduct complex analysis under tight timelines
  • You have data analytics experience. Proficient at Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word
  • You are highly motivated, willing to work in both team and independent situations depending on current workload, with flexibility to take things on not necessarily wholly within the written scope of the function
  • You are mature person, ready to work as a leader with senior level professionals
  • You have interpersonal skills: you are responsive, polite, clear, and succinct. Have confidence to work with senior salespeople and sensitive clients both verbally and in writing and have good negotiation skills
