The Role

The Technology Services Group - Production Services (TSG PS) VP CAO Analyst role will support the TSG PS CAO and TSG PS management to ensure effective and efficient operations & administration, provide financial management support, manage communication and engagement initiatives, support workforce strategy, and support strong risk, control, and compliance oversight. Additionally, the TSG PS VP CAO Analyst role will work closely with the TSG COO team to contribute to broader TSG initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration
  • REPORTING: generate, maintain, and automate regular management reporting
  • REAL ESTATE: support space planning activities
  • LEADERSHIP MEETING ADMIN: track follow up items from TSG PS leadership meetings

Financial Management
  • ANNUAL PLANNING: support annual planning to ensure all requirements captured
  • MONTHLY FINANCIALS CADENCE: follow up on takeaways from monthly financial reviews; investigate and resolve variances
  • FINANCIAL APPROVALS: follow up and facilitate financial approvals
  • PURCHASE ORDER (PO) CREATION: manage and troubleshoot the PO creation process
  • COST CENTER MANAGEMENT: Maintain cost center structure hygiene

Communications & Engagements
  • TOWN HALLS / ALL HANDS: support town hall planning and follow-up to ensure meaningful, engaging content
  • ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS: support regular team round table cadence
  • RECOGNITION: support and encourage recognition opportunities for the broader TSG PS org
  • CULTURE & VALUES: support all culture and values activities
  • ACCOMPLISHMENTS: gather and track weekly accomplishments
  • TRAINING: lead training activities
  • SHAREPOINT / CONFLUENCE SITES: manage and maintain team sites

Workforce Strategy
  • EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT: manage and drive recruitment progress
  • CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT: manage contractor renewals and provide governance for contractor tenure
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT: manage consultant engagement renewals and new purchase order creation
  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: track self-assessment and manager review status to ensure compliance with all performance management requirements
  • ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN: manage spans and layers requirements

Risk, Control, Compliance, & Governance
  • MANDATORY TRAINING: manage and mandatory training compliance
  • CERTIFICATION CAMPAIGN COMPLIANCE: manage certification campaign compliance
  • ATTESTATION COMPLIANCE: manage attestation compliance


Defines or leads strategic initiatives with major impact on the business or function supported (a unit within a business or business partner). Defines or leads major, highly complex projects related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, regulatory items, communications (presentations/speeches) and , implementation of policies, standards, processes, and/or strategic projects. Analyzes project implementation status and provides feedback to senior managers. Solves complex issues in implementation and leads the processes needed to correct the problems. Leads impactful initiatives within the business or function. Works closely with Senior Management to understand their needs and provides appropriate guidance, direction, and communication. Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes that require an advanced knowledge of key business or function roles and organizational design. Assists in managing business-led programs such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc. Provides input to resource allocation and project staffing. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required,,, MBA preferred 10-12 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred,,, at least 5 years in project management or applicable business or function and cost-effective budgetary responsibility,,, experience in the securities industry is a plus.
