BRM Quantitative Analyst/Developer

Morgan Stanley's Securities Lending business is looking for a quantitative analyst/developer to help shape and build our next-generation trading business. The role is within the Desk Strategist group whose main responsibilities are to use data to help our clients navigate the securities lending market and optimize our trading business.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with responsibilities spanning the entire spectrum of the data analytics workflow. You will use your analytical skills to develop processes, technologies, and algorithms which will take advantage of our unique datasets, while helping architect and build our next-generation data visualization platform.
There will be ample opportunity to multi-task and grow your skill sets, as you work closely with colleagues of diverse roles to drive requirements, implement high-quality solutions, present your work, and brainstorm on best practices within the business.
