The Institutional Equity Division (IED) is a global leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities. The Firm's equity Sales & Trading operations provide liquidity, distribute content, and create product solutions to help our clients generate alpha. The Equity Financing Products department acts as a strategic partner to more than 800 top hedge fund managers: executing and clearing trades across asset classes, time zones, and currencies; providing financing and expertise to help manage risk and benefit from technology; and consults to help launch new funds and connect with them potential investors.

We are looking for truly exceptional talent to join our automated market-making (AMM) data team. AMM provides continuous electronic markets for half a million options on numerous exchanges using a team of software developers, traders, quants, and system administrators.

The AMM data strategist will help manage the loading and maintenance of our multi-terabyte KDB+/q research database of option and equity market data and analytics. The successful candidate will look at ways to continually optimize our data and research platform through software and hardware improvements, and will work with quants and traders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.

Skills Required:
- Degree in Computer Sciences
- 1-2 years' IT work experience

Skills Desired:
- Experience in KDB+/q or a similar technology
