Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Agency Field Management Compensation and Administration division in addition to function & technical responsibilities for the Associate Partner program.
  • Assist with the processing of Agency field management personnel status changes including appointments, transfers and terminations.
  • Assist in coordinating and verifying new field management appointment requirements with recommendations from Agency Zones.
  • Maintain and track Agency Management Personnel files including employments agreements, briefs, and various information.
  • Assist with the calculation of Field Management Compensation factors. Prepare compensation projections and proformas for newly appointed Partners.
  • Serve as a back-up analyst to our bi-weekly process and Development Manager onboarding process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree (Business, Finance, Economic, Mathematics) preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  • Strong analytic and organizational skills
